The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Thursday assigned additional charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer/Secretary of the Jammu Kashmir Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board (JKBOCWWB) to IAS officer Pranjal J Hazarika.
According to Government Order No. 951-JK(GAD) of 2026 issued by the General Administration Department, Hazarika, an AGMUT cadre IAS officer of the 2021 batch currently serving as Additional Secretary in the Labour and Employment Department, will hold the additional charge alongside his existing responsibilities until further orders.
The order stated that the arrangement has been made in the interest of administration. Meanwhile, JKAS officer Munir-Ul-Islam has been relieved of the additional charge of the post.
