The Jammu and Kashmir Government on Friday ordered the transfer and posting of two officers as part of a minor administrative reshuffle in the Union Territory.
According to Government Order No. 1019-JK(GAD) of 2026 issued by the General Administration Department, Pranjal J. Hazarika, IAS, presently serving as Additional Secretary in the Labour and Employment Department, has been transferred and posted as Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC), Baramulla, against an available vacancy.
Meanwhile, Vishavjeet Singh, JKAS, who was awaiting orders of posting in the General Administration Department, has been appointed as Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Billawar.
The order further stated that Vinay Khosla, JKAS, has been relieved from the post of ADC Billawar and directed to await further orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department.
