Two youths were seriously injured in a collision between a motorcycle and a JCB machine on the Rajouri-Kotranka road in Jammu and Kashmir on Wednesday evening, with one of the injured reportedly suffering the amputation of a leg.
The injured have been identified as Sher Ahmad and Shabir Ahmad, both residents of the Mahore area.
Following the accident, both youths were shifted to Government Medical College (GMC), Rajouri, for treatment. One of them was subsequently referred to GMC Jammu for specialised medical care.
Police have taken cognisance of the incident. Further details were awaited.
