Examiner Bureau | Anantnag : The Papharan Nag Karkut Nag Trust (PNKNT) organized its annual Hawan on the auspicious occasion of Ram Navami at the historic and spiritually significant Karkut Nag Shrine in Anantnag district.
Dedicated to the revered Karkut Nag Devta, the sacred ritual witnessed the participation of a large number of devotees, particularly members of the Kashmiri Pandit community, who gathered to offer prayers and seek blessings.
The Hawan was conducted in accordance with traditional Vedic practices, accompanied by the chanting of sacred mantras, creating a deeply spiritual and serene atmosphere across the shrine premises. Devotees prayed for peace, prosperity, and the well-being of the nation.
Organisers and community members expressed deep reverence for Karkut Nag Devta, highlighting the shrine’s cultural and religious importance in preserving the rich spiritual heritage of the region.
The ceremony concluded with the distribution of prasad among devotees, symbolizing unity, devotion, and divine blessings. The organisers also extended their gratitude to all participants and supporters for contributing to the successful event.
