Bollywood superstar Aamir Khan is reportedly gearing up for a new chapter in his personal life, with reports suggesting that he may tie the knot with girlfriend Gauri Spratt in an intimate ceremony on July 5.
According to a report by India Forums, the actor and Gauri are planning a private wedding attended by close friends and family. However, neither Aamir Khan nor Gauri Spratt has officially confirmed the reports, and the speculation remains unverified.
The wedding rumours come months after Aamir publicly introduced Gauri to the media during celebrations marking his 60th birthday in March 2025. At the time, the actor confirmed that the two were in a relationship, revealing that they had known each other for nearly 25 years before reconnecting later in life.
Aamir also shared that the couple had been dating for around 18 months before deciding to make their relationship public. Since then, they have largely maintained a low profile, making only occasional public appearances together.
In recent interviews, Aamir has spoken fondly about Gauri, describing her as a calming and stabilising presence in his life. Earlier this year, he reportedly remarked that he already felt “married to her in his heart,” further fuelling speculation about a possible wedding.
If the reported ceremony takes place, it will mark Aamir Khan’s third marriage.
Aamir Khan’s Previous Marriages
Aamir first married Reena Dutta in 1986, long before establishing himself as one of Bollywood’s leading stars. The couple remained together for nearly 16 years and have two children, Junaid Khan and Ira Khan. They separated in 2002 but have maintained an amicable relationship over the years.
The actor later married filmmaker Kiran Rao in December 2005. The two met during the making of the critically acclaimed film Lagaan, where Kiran worked as an assistant director. The couple welcomed their son, Azad Rao Khan, through surrogacy in 2011. After nearly 16 years of marriage, Aamir and Kiran announced their separation in 2021, while continuing to co-parent their son and collaborate professionally.
While reports of a July 5 wedding have generated considerable excitement among fans, neither Aamir nor Gauri has publicly addressed the speculation.
Meanwhile, discussions have already begun about the possible guest list, with fans wondering whether Aamir’s close friends from the film industry, including Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan, could be among those attending the reported ceremony.
For now, however, the wedding remains the subject of speculation until an official announcement is made.
