A fuel-laden tanker bound for Srinagar overturned near Sangoor Chowk on the Jammu–Srinagar National Highway (NH-44) late Thursday night, prompting an emergency response after fuel reportedly began leaking from the vehicle.
According to preliminary information, the driver lost control of the tanker, causing it to skid off the road and overturn along the roadside.
Following the incident, police, Traffic Police, Fire and Emergency Services personnel, along with National Highway staff, rushed to the spot and launched a response operation.
