The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the transfer, posting and adjustment of 26 Assistant Executive Engineers (AEEs) in the Urban Environmental Engineering Department (UEED), assigning them to various divisions across the Union Territory.
According to Government Order No. 211-JK(HUD) of 2026, issued on October 12 by Mandeep Kaur, Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, the transfers and postings take immediate effect. The order covers 19 Assistant Executive Engineers (Civil) and seven Assistant Executive Engineers (Mechanical).
Among the civil engineers, Er Hilda Shafi has been posted to the UEED Division in Pulwama, Er Reyan Mohsin Sadig to Ganderbal, Er Imtiyaz Ahmad to Anantnag, Er Nisar Ahmad to the Right River Division in Srinagar and Er Mohd Yousuf Naikoo to the Kulgam-Shopian Division.
Er Aamir Ashai has been assigned to Baramulla, Er Musadig Bashir Bhat to the Left River Division in Srinagar and Er Ubaidullah Ganai to Bandipora. Er Manzoor Ahmad Mir has been posted to Kathua, while Er Vikas Slathia will serve in the Doda-Kishtwar Division with additional charge of Ramban.
Er Fareed Ahmad has been posted to Rajouri with additional charge of Poonch. Er Majid Jabbar has been assigned as Technical Officer to the Superintending Engineer, UEED Jammu.
Er Mohd Farooq will serve in the Right River Division in Jammu, Er Abdul Qadeer Chowdary in the Left River Division in Jammu and Er Avinash Gupta in Udhampur.
Er Syed Asif Hussain has been directed to await further posting orders in the Housing and Urban Development Department. Er Rayees Ahmad Hazar has been posted to Budgam, Er Noor ud Din as Technical Officer to the Superintending Engineer, UEED Kashmir, and Er Pawan Sharma to Samba.
Among the mechanical engineers, Er Khursheed Ahmad Bhat has been posted to Baramulla with additional charge of the Kupwara, Ganderbal and Bandipora divisions. Er Kuldeep Raj has been assigned to Anantnag with additional charge of the Kulgam-Shopian and Pulwama divisions.
Er Manzoor Ahmad Haji will serve in the Right River Division in Srinagar, with additional charge of the Left River Division in Srinagar and Budgam. The order also relieves Er Gowhar Nazir Bhat of the additional charge of the divisions concerned.
Er Harvinder Singh has been posted to Reasi with additional charge of Rajouri and Poonch, while Er Vinod Kumar Bhan has been assigned to the Left River Division in Jammu with additional charge of the Right River Division in Jammu.
Er Ashok Kumar has been posted to Kathua with additional charge of Samba, while Er Sudershan Kumar will serve in Udhampur with additional charge of the Doda-Kishtwar and Ramban divisions.
