The Jammu and Kashmir Government has ordered the adjustment and posting of seven Assistant Executive Engineers (Civil) in various organisations under the Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Department with immediate effect.
According to Government Order No. 147-JK(HUD) of 2026, dated July 20, 2026, the engineers—who were placed at the disposal of the Housing and Urban Development Department under Government Order No. 165-PW(R&B) of 2026, dated May 12, 2026, issued by the Public Works (R&B) Department—have been assigned fresh postings in the interest of administration.
Under the order, Er. Muneeb Ul Haq and Er. Imran Ali Matoo have been posted to the Srinagar Development Authority (SDA).
The Jammu and Kashmir Urban Environmental Engineering Department (UEED), Jammu has been allotted Er. Avinash Gupta and Er. Pawan Sharma.
Meanwhile, Er. Syed Asif Hussain, Er. Rayees Ahmad Hazar, and Er. Noor ud Din have been posted to the J&K Urban Environmental Engineering Department (UEED), Srinagar.
