Salman Khan is set to bring a heated dose of confrontation to the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 20, with a new promo showing the actor taking contestants to task over online trolling, threats and the mindset behind attacking people from behind a screen.
The conversation takes an intense turn when Salman opens up about the trolling he has himself faced on social media, including repeated comments about his weight and appearance. What begins as a discussion about online behaviour soon turns into one of the promo’s most dramatic moments, with Salman removing his coat, throwing aside his hat and appearing visibly frustrated.
In the promo, Salman directs his questions towards contestant Scout, asking him to address the behaviour of his online community.
“Aap apni community ko shout-out dena chahoge mere baare mein ke agar main kuch galat bolo toh mujhe bhi dekh le. Inko aisa lagta hai ke kisi ki maarke mazaa aata hai inko. What do you want to troll and why do you want to troll? What is the mentality?” Salman asks.
The actor appears particularly irked by the ease with which people target others online, especially when criticism crosses the line into personal attacks and threats.
Salman then refers to the comments he has received about his own appearance.
“Mere upar bhi hua tha, ‘Bhai mota ho gaya hai’. Kar lo na troll, yeh lo,” he says.
The promo shows Salman throwing his hat aside and taking off his coat. He is also seen attempting to remove his microphone and tugging at his T-shirt as the confrontation becomes increasingly intense.
Salman’s remarks come amid social media commentary targeting him over his physical appearance. Recent clips and photographs of the actor have drawn comments about his weight, while some users have also made remarks about his age.
The Weekend Ka Vaar promo appears to use the issue as a broader discussion on the culture of online trolling and why personal attacks have become entertainment for some social media users.
Rather than limiting the conversation to comments directed at him, Salman questions the mentality behind people finding amusement in humiliating, threatening or targeting others online.
The promo has already generated reactions among Bigg Boss 20 viewers on social media, with some users supporting Salman’s confrontation while others speculated about its impact on the dynamics inside the house.
One user wrote, “Bhai sorry to say bhai scout is chiz ki need thi game acha khelta lekin kisko threat dena it’s not good thing but fans alg hai iske.”
Another viewer reacted to Salman’s angry avatar, writing, “Og Salman is back Let’s go🔥🔥 Acche se bjao iss scooter ko.”
A third viewer suggested that the episode could reveal changing relationships among contestants, writing, “In today’s episode many people’s true colours will come out for sure like who are actual friends and who are faking for footages.”
Beyond Salman’s confrontation over online trolling, eviction remains another major talking point ahead of the episode.
Aasif Khan, Rohed Khan and ScoutOP are nominated this week, putting all three contestants in contention for eviction.
With the nominations adding further pressure inside the house, the upcoming Weekend Ka Vaar episode is expected to bring confrontations, discussions over contestant behaviour and possible shifts in the dynamics among housemates.
