An unidentified body was recovered under suspicious circumstances from the Aaribal Pomposh Colony area of Palpora, Noorbagh in Srinagar on Saturday, prompting police to initiate an investigation into the incident.
According to sources, local residents discovered the body in the area and immediately informed the police. A police team rushed to the spot and took custody of the body before shifting it for medico-legal examination and other necessary formalities.
