The Directorate of School Education Jammu (DSEJ) on Wednesday announced the summer vacation schedule for all government and recognised private schools up to the Higher Secondary level in the winter zone of the Jammu division.
According to Order No. 226-DSEJ of 2026, issued on July 1, 2026, all eligible schools will observe summer vacation from July 6 to July 19, 2026.
The order applies to all government and recognised private educational institutions located in the winter zone of the Jammu division.
Schools will reopen and regular academic activities will resume after the conclusion of the vacation.
