At least nine people were injured after a passenger vehicle overturned in the Muthi Dream City area of Jammu on Wednesday, officials said.
An official told Kashmir Examiner that the accident occurred in the Muthi Dream City locality, leaving nine passengers injured.
Soon after the vehicle overturned, local residents, along with rescue teams, rushed to the spot and launched a rescue operation. The injured were shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
According to the official, the condition of all the injured is reported to be stable.
Meanwhile, police have taken cognisance of the incident and initiated an investigation to ascertain the cause of the accident.
