The Jammu and Kashmir Government has sanctioned two days of Special Casual Leave for PM Package employees, migrant employees and Jammu-based government staff posted in various departments across the Kashmir Division to celebrate Diwali with their families in Jammu.
An order issued by the General Administration Department (GAD) grants the special leave for November 7 (Saturday) and November 9 (Monday), 2026.
The order specifies that the concession will be available to employees covered under the PM Package, migrant employees and Jammu-based staff serving in different government departments across the Kashmir Division.
The decision will enable the employees to travel to Jammu and celebrate Diwali with their families.
