Kashmir’s rising mixed martial arts (MMA) star Owais Yaqoob delivered another commanding performance on the international stage, defeating Bulgaria’s previously unbeaten Delyan Georgiev by first-round technical knockout (TKO) at BRAVE CF 107 in Bulgaria on Saturday.

The emphatic victory marks another major milestone in Yaqoob’s rapidly progressing professional career. With the win on August 1, the Pulwama fighter improved his professional MMA record to 6-1 while extending his impressive winning streak.

Competing in one of the sport’s premier international promotions, Yaqoob took control of the contest from the opening bell, overwhelming Georgiev with relentless pressure before the referee stepped in to stop the bout following a barrage of unanswered strikes in the first round.
