The Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha-led administration on Tuesday ordered the transfer and posting of two IAS officers with immediate effect. As per Government Order No. 180-JK (GAD) of 2026, dated February 10, 2026, Mr. Shubhankar Pratyush Pathak, IAS (AGMUT: 2022), currently serving as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Uri, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor’s Secretariat. Meanwhile, Mr. Prince Kumar, IAS (AGMUT: 2023), Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Kokernag, has been transferred and posted as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Uri, in place of Mr. Pathak.
