Three Minor Girls Reported Missing from Anantnag’s Brakpora Area

Police, locals launch search operation; families appeal for public assistance

Three minor girls have gone missing from the Nunwani area of Brakpora in south Kashmir’s Anantnag district, triggering a search operation by police and local residents.

According to reports, the girls, all residents of Nunwani, Brakpora, Achabal, were reported missing on Friday evening between 5:30 pm and 6:30 pm under circumstances that remain unclear.

Soon after the incident came to light, family members, local residents and police authorities initiated efforts to trace the whereabouts of the missing minors.

The families have made an urgent appeal to the public to share any information that could help locate the girls. Anyone with relevant information is requested to contact the family members on 9797147730 or 6005744659.

Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the matter and launched an investigation. Efforts to trace the missing girls are ongoing.
