The interaction is scheduled to be held in New Delhi on Friday and will be followed by a dinner hosted by the Embassy of Iran.
Pezeshkian is visiting India to participate in the BRICS Leaders’ Summit, scheduled to be held on September 12 and 13. The visit marks his first trip to India since assuming office as President of Iran.
The statement said the interaction is being hosted by the Iranian Ambassador and is intended to bring together representatives from religious and intellectual circles for an exchange of views with the Iranian President.
